Rachel Kirk

Rachel Kirk serves as Human Resources Director for Harrison Electropolishing, where she leads employee recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and organizational initiatives that support a skilled workforce of more than 65 employees.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Rachel combines strong leadership with a people-first approach that helps foster a workplace culture focused on safety, collaboration, and professional growth. She works closely with every department to support employee development while helping Harrison Electropolishing continue to attract and retain top talent.

In addition to supporting the company's continued growth, Rachel is actively involved in community and charitable organizations throughout the Houston area.
