Electropolishing and Mechanical Polishing for Chemical Production
Chemical Production plants are often challenged by the burden of product adhesion and product buildup. Product adhesion reduces throughput, cycle times and efficiency while increasing cleaning requirements and downtime. Electropolishing and mechanical polishing will improve surface finish and reduce product adhesion. As a step further, the Harrison C-75 process was specifically developed to produce microscopically smooth surfaces that resist corrosion and reduce product adhesion.
